The Photographic Society of New Zealand (PSNZ) has just concluded its 67th annual National Convention, a four-day event held in Lower Hutt and attended by roughly 200 photographers from around the country.

An annual highlight of the event is the PSNZ Canon National Exhibition. The salon gives PSNZ members an opportunity to submit their prints and projected images for consideration by three panels of experts. John Boyd, patron of the Photographic Society of New Zealand, said that “it is truly inspiring to see the work of photographers who demonstrate their vision, skill, and courage to present their creations to us”.
