Gear Necessities: Tamron and Samyang’s two brand-new lenses and a competition

The team at Tamron and Samyang appear to have been pretty busy recently with the announcement of Samyang’s AF 50/14 FE Sony lens, Tamron’s A022 150–600mm lens, and their current Tamron Welcome in Spring photography competition.

First off the bat, the Samyang AF 50/14 FE Sony lens has just been released. If you’ve got a full-frame mirrorless camera that you’ve been considering getting an upgraded lens for, this bright autofocus lens may be something for you to consider. This lens works with Sony E-mount models and has an aperture range of f/1.4–16, a minimum focusing distance of 0.45m, and the 67mm filter diameter allows a large amount of light into the lens to enhance your photography, no matter what style you prefer to shoot.

The new Tamron A022 150–600mm lens has also just been announced.
