The team at Tamron and Samyang appear to have been pretty busy recently with the announcement of Samyang’s AF 50/14 FE Sony lens, Tamron’s A022 150–600mm lens, and their current Tamron Welcome in Spring photography competition.
First off the bat, the Samyang AF 50/14 FE Sony lens has just been released. If you’ve got a full-frame mirrorless camera that you’ve been considering getting an upgraded lens for, this bright autofocus lens may be something for you to consider. This lens works with Sony E-mount models and has an aperture range of f/1.4–16, a minimum focusing distance of 0.45m, and the 67mm filter diameter allows a large amount of light into the lens to enhance your photography, no matter what style you prefer to shoot.

Now that spring has sprung, Tamron have kicked off their Tamron Welcome in Spring photography competition. This year’s competition features two categories: the Spring Landscape category and the Spring ‘Other’ category.
