Canon and Three Little Wishes taking photographers to a new level

Being a part of a photography workshop is a fantastic way for photographers to fine-tune their skills, or, indeed, learn new ones, in order to advance their photography and strengthen their confidence behind the camera. Canon New Zealand and Three Little Wishes — the photography workshop organization —  have just announced, as of November 4, that they are now in an official association, and will be working together to inspire photographers of all skill levels to achieve more with their photography.

Deborah Foreman, founder of Three Little Wishes, says that what the workshops offer attendees will be strengthened by the association with Canon, as workshop tutors and students will be trained on how to use the latest Canon technology for the best results.

“We have workshops for beginners through to professional photographers and specialized courses for real estate and wedding photography too,” Foreman says, suggesting that photographers of all interests and abilities will benefit from the enhanced experiences that the workshops are likely to provide.

The Three Little Wishes team

Canon New Zealand General Manager Consumer Imaging and Group Marketing Adam Maxwell says that the Canon team had been impressed with what the tutors achieve during the Three Little Wishes workshops. He says that the idea behind the relationship between the two companies is to encourage photographers to grow and develop their work.

“Recent research that Canon carried out shows us that the majority of SLR users consider themselves as entry-level photographers. Through our relationship with Three Little Wishes we can work to encourage photographers to take their photography to another level,” he says.

“Photography provides us all with a record of our life's adventures and experiences, and at Canon we want to inspire people to learn more to be able to capture everyday events in a better light.”

Photographers in Auckland, Wellington, and Dunedin will benefit from this relationship at this stage with workshop teams in Auckland and Wellington as well as one-on-one or small-group tuition available in Dundein.

“...This opportunity to work with Canon opens up endless possibilities for our customers. We're excited,” Foreman says.
