Highest Scoring Entry: Catherine Cattanach

This terrifically emotive portrait by Wellington's Catherine Cattanach scored an unprecedented 99 points at the competition. The live judging process resulted in an amazing, emotional discussion between the judges and a room significantly lacking in dry eyes.
